BNF’s Shooting Camp

BNF’s Shooting Camp is designed to help players improve their shooting technique, confidence, footwork and shot-making in a fun, competitive, high-energy environment.

This camp will focus on the key details that help players become better shooters, including balance, hand placement, footwork, shooting off the catch, shooting off the dribble, finishing reps, and game-like shooting situations.

BNF’s Try Out Ready Clinic for Current REP Players

Get ready for upcoming representative basketball tryouts with a focused, competitive clinic designed specifically for current rep players.

With club tryouts beginning immediately after the September school holidays, this clinic gives players the opportunity to sharpen their skills, compete against other rep-level players and experience drills and game situations similar to what they may face during the tryout process.

Sessions will include a mix of skill development, finishing, shooting, decision-making, 1v1 and small-sided games, competitive drills and live gameplay, with an emphasis on the areas coaches look for at tryouts including effort, communication, competitiveness and coach-ability.

BNF’s Try Out Ready Clinic for New to REP Players

Designed for domestic players planning to try out for representative basketball—whether it is their first tryout or they have previously tried out without making a team.

BNF’s Small Group Training Sessions

We will also be running a limited number of one-hour small-group sessions at Ashburton Pool and Recreation Centre.

These sessions cannot be booked through the website. To register your interest, email bnfcoaching@gmail.com with the player’s name, age group and current playing level. Available session times will then be provided.

Places across all programs are limited, so we strongly recommend registering early.
